These Terms of Service govern access to https://mindrtim.com and purchases made through the website. Please read them carefully before using the Site or placing an order.

1. Business and Scope

mindrtim is an online general merchandise store offering a changing selection of household, lifestyle, accessory, electronic, tool, automotive-care, and other products. References in these Terms to “mindrtim,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the operator of the mindrtim online store. “You” means a visitor, customer, or other user of the Site.

2. Agreement and Incorporated Policies

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

3. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may use the Site only for lawful personal or business purposes and in compliance with all laws applicable to you.

You must not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content through unauthorized automated means, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the Site in connection with fraud or unlawful activity.

4. Products and Third-Party Fulfillment

Products may be sourced, stored, processed, shipped, or otherwise fulfilled with assistance from third-party suppliers, warehouses, carriers, or service providers. Products in one order may be dispatched from different locations and may arrive separately.

The availability of products, categories, fulfillment locations, and delivery methods may change without notice.

5. Product Information, Images, and Tolerances

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, prices, images, included items, and availability accurately. However, screen settings, lighting, manufacturing batches, manual measurements, packaging updates, and supplier revisions may cause reasonable differences in color, appearance, dimensions, weight, or packaging.

Please review the complete product page before ordering. If information contains a material error, we may correct it and, where necessary, contact you regarding an affected order.

6. Compatibility, Installation, and Safe Use

You are responsible for checking product dimensions, voltage, plug type, materials, compatibility, intended use, installation requirements, warnings, and legal restrictions before purchase and use.

Products must be installed, operated, maintained, and stored according to their instructions and applicable safety requirements. Stop using a product and seek appropriate assistance if it appears damaged, unsafe, overheated, incompatible, or unsuitable for its intended purpose. Product information on the Site is not professional, medical, electrical, mechanical, or other specialist advice.

7. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices and available currencies are displayed on the Site and may change before an order is placed. The total payable amount, including applicable shipping charges and taxes collected at checkout, will be shown before payment.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges may be payable separately by the recipient unless checkout expressly states that they are included. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

8. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not by itself guarantee acceptance or shipment.

We may reject, limit, or cancel an order before fulfillment where reasonably necessary, including because of unavailable inventory, pricing or product-information errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, legal requirements, or misuse of a promotion. If we cancel a paid order or item, the applicable amount paid will be returned to the original payment method.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Processing times, estimated transit times, available destinations, shipping charges, tracking, split shipments, customs matters, address requirements, and delivery exceptions are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery and contact information. Risk and legal title pass as required by applicable law and cannot be altered by these Terms where mandatory rules apply.

10. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Eligibility, authorization requirements, time limits, product-condition requirements, exclusions, return costs, inspections, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellation requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Contact support@mindrtim.com before sending a return. An address shown on a parcel or used for fulfillment is not automatically an authorized return address.

11. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Offers

Promotions, discount codes, free-shipping offers, gifts, and other incentives are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, they are limited in duration, availability, eligible products, destinations, and use, cannot be combined, and have no cash value.

We may refuse or reverse a promotional benefit obtained through error, manipulation, duplicate accounts, false information, or other misuse, subject to applicable law.

12. Accounts, Information, and Communications

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity conducted through the account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, delivery, and contact information. You agree that we may send transactional communications needed to process orders, provide service notices, respond to requests, and administer your account. Marketing communications are governed by your choices and applicable law.

13. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, relevant, and that you have the rights needed to submit it. Content must not infringe another person’s rights, disclose confidential information, contain malicious code, or be abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, or unlawful.

You grant mindrtim a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, translate, and distribute submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the Site and its products, subject to applicable privacy law. We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, but are not required to publish every submission.

14. Intellectual Property

The Site and its text, graphics, layout, branding, photographs, videos, software, and other content are protected by intellectual-property laws and are owned by or licensed for use by mindrtim or the relevant rights holders.

You may use the Site for ordinary shopping and personal reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, remove rights notices from, or create derivative works from protected Site content without prior permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law permits.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may use or link to third-party payment, shipping, analytics, advertising, social-media, or other services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link or integration does not necessarily constitute endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there, subject to your rights under applicable law.

17. Site Availability and Disclaimers

We may maintain, update, correct, or temporarily interrupt the Site. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or browser.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes any product guarantee, warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mindrtim will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or a product, including loss of data, revenue, profit, opportunity, or goodwill, where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable or were caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. Any permitted limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify mindrtim and its service providers against third-party claims and reasonable resulting costs arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your material breach of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights. This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct.

20. Events Outside Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil disturbance, government action, customs delay, transportation disruption, labor disputes, utility or network failure, cyber incidents, carrier interruption, or supplier disruption.

We will take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances. This section does not remove any remedy that applicable law requires.

21. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update the Site, these Terms, or related policies to reflect changes in products, operations, technology, law, or business practices. The revised version will be posted with an updated date and will apply from its stated effective date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights already accrued unless applicable law permits.

We may restrict or suspend access to the Site where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, suspected fraud, legal compliance, or a material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective.

22. General Legal Terms

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without consent where consent may lawfully be required.

These Terms and the policies incorporated into them constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the Site and purchases through it, except for product-specific terms expressly shown before purchase and rights that cannot be excluded by law.

23. Mandatory Law, Disputes, and Contact

These Terms do not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the law applicable to you. Any governing law, jurisdiction, venue, or dispute procedure will be determined under the rules that legally apply to the transaction and cannot be displaced by these Terms where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising a right that cannot lawfully be restricted.
